QOB Completes Reception at 25 Copthall Avenue

Our team, led by Project Manager David Phillips, recently completed the strip out and full Cat B fit out of the live reception area at 25 Copthall Avenue for Helix Property. High-end finishes and features throughout with the installation of structural glazing facade, structural infills, bespoke joinery, specialist Italian flooring, feature lighting and full MEP replacement.

This was a very challenging project due to the environmental constraints of working within a live building with daily access required through the demise of the construction works for the duration of the project.

Throughout the project, landlord and tenant liaison was of paramount importance with regular coordination needed. We used this as an opportunity to build excellent relationships with the landlord and building users.

We received fantastic reviews from both the client and the architects. Following the successful completion of the reception area, we have now been appointed to carry out the strip out and Cat A fit out of level 6 within the 25 Copthall Avenue building.
